The history of this home is as impressive as the home itself. It was formerly one of Denver’s first markets and later a church. This is by far our favorite project, as we spent 6 years restoring & renovating this home while living there. We went with a modern design while keeping the integrity of all the original details we uncovered. We knew when we went to sell that we needed to find the right real estate agent that understood the uniqueness of the property and the neighborhood. We staged the property, found the perfect agent and the rest is history!
