This is a charming 300 Sq ft apartment in magnificent Capital Hill neighborhood.  Run, bike, walk to restaurants, bars & picnic in the park.  Learning experience, no on-street parking available during staging and no elevator, just a narrow staircase to the 2nd floor.  This was our smallest staging project and it was super cute when finished!
